Our movement philosophy is grounded in the concept of biotensegrity. In this model of the human body form and structure are created through the outward pressure of ruts and the inward tension of cables. These cables and rods create a web-like structure made of connective tissue, which wraps around and through every part of you without beginning or end. This web-like structure is known as your fascia, and recent research has discovered that this once overlooked structure is actually your largest organ and mainly responsible for movement and sensory integration.
We use our 15 years of Yoga teaching experience, 10 years of massage and bodywork, and 7 years of personal training experience to combine strength, mobility, and recovery practices that support a healthy, adaptive, and resilient fasical network, which ultimately leads to fluid movement, peak performance, and injury prevention.
