Yoga is both an art and a science. This traditional practice links breath and movement to create a meditative experience that lays the foundation for developing mindfulness and body awareness. Focusing on both mobility and strength, yoga is an all encompassing, effective practice on its own, but also supports other forms of training. Yoga's effected on focus has been long studied and proven. Our approach to developing focus lies in our ability to understand and quickly drop into flow states. Back by neuroscience research and first hand experience, yoga is a great tool for becoming familiar with flow.

Massage and bodywork for optimal recovery. We specialize in myofascial release and focus on reintroducing glide to fasical layers, allowing for smooth and articulate movement to develop.

Individualized programming designed to help you reach your goals, and beyond. Our training style encompasses strength, mobility, body awareness, cardiovascular fitness, and emphasizes movement as a way to better understand our physical and emotional states. Sessions are held in person 1:1, and / or online via zoom. Programs written specifically for you are uploaded to our online platform and can be accessed through our app. Clients are encouraged to utilize the app by using the exercise library, enter stats, and track their progress to visibly see their progress over time.
