In person sessions are held 1-3x / week. Sessions are help in the comfort of your own home or in our gym location at Hula Lakeside. Sessions can also be held outdoors upon request (weather permitting.) 
Personalized fitness programming will be available in our training app. In app training allows you to see your program, enter your stats, and access our full exercise and class library online.

Sessions can be held fully online with our online training app. You can access your individualized program through our app. You'll gain full access to our online exercise library where you will find video demonstration and detailed written instruction for each exercise. Through the app you will enter your stats to ensure appropriate progression, have access to 24/7 messaging with your coach, upload video submission of yourself for assessment and to check form (optional). Weekly zoom sessions can also be added to your online programming upon request.

Personal Training

We specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy, a massage and bodywork technique that focuses on manual manipulation of the fascial layers. This type of massage works directly with your fascia, promoting recovery and increased performance.

We offer different packages and session lengths to meet your individual needs. We encourage everyone to begin with a 12 Series and continue regular upkeep (1-2/ month or as needed) following its completion.

Fascial adhesions create restrictions in your body and limit your ability to sense and move efficiently. Reintroducing slide and glide through manual manipulation allows for smooth, articulate movement to develop. Move with ease through regularly scheduled sessions.

Small group training allows for the individualized programming and attention of a personal training session, in a small group setting. Enjoy community and meet your goals with small group training.

Join our fitness community and enjoy unlimited group classes. Our weekly recurring schedule includes L1 and L2 Vinyasa classes (for beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga students), a traditional Ashtanga Yoga Mysore program, HIIT classes, and Strength and Conditioning. We aim to offer a variety of yoga, strength, and fitness classes to encourage a well rounded movement practice. Hybrid training has been shown to be most effective for increasing levels of general fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
