In person sessions are held 1-3x / week. Sessions are help in the comfort of your own home or in our gym location at Hula Lakeside. Sessions can also be held outdoors upon request (weather permitting.)
Personalized fitness programming will be available in our training app. In app training allows you to see your program, enter your stats, and access our full exercise and class library online.
Sessions can be held fully online with our online training app. You can access your individualized program through our app. You'll gain full access to our online exercise library where you will find video demonstration and detailed written instruction for each exercise. Through the app you will enter your stats to ensure appropriate progression, have access to 24/7 messaging with your coach, upload video submission of yourself for assessment and to check form (optional). Weekly zoom sessions can also be added to your online programming upon request.
