Fascia has been recognized as your biggest sensory organ, and plays a crucial role in the way you understand, relate, and interact with the world around you. Our practice focuses on injury healing, prevention, and general recovery to help you live a pain free, active life!

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is an 8 limbed practice, which teaches traditional yoga philosophy and utilizes asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) as a way to support personal growth and spiritual development. Ashtanga Yoga is known for its vigorous nature and requires physical and emotional commitment from its practitioners. Interested in joining us for Mysore? Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice that intelligently links postures and breath to guide you deeper into the present moment. Classes are designed to slowly prepare students for more challenging positions by intentionally warming up specific patterns, and teaching movement principles needed to achieve higher levels of skill. 

Calisthenic classes are offered as a way to teach mobility, skills, and movement theory. Our classes and workshops are skill specific and are designed to take you closer to your movement goals, regardless of your current level.
