At Fit.Well.Active we combine diverse training methods to create balanced, personalized movement practices. 
We believe that true progress comes from exploring a variety of approaches- intentionally and consciously- rather than chasing perfection in a single modality. Each indiidual's path is unique, and our coaching reflects that, offering 1:1 support even within group settings.
Our philosophy is rooted in the movement paradox: when different practices are thoughtfully combined, they enhance, not compete with- each other. This synergy leads to improved performance, deeper self awareness, and a more connected experience of both body and mind.
Rather than relying on rigid rules or generic cues, we teach movement theory, breathwork, proprioception, and embodied awareness. Every session is an opportunitiy to explore the deeper layers of practice- helping you move more intentionally, feel more fully, and live more consciously.

At the heart of Robina's approach is a deep commitment to the individualized coaching. With a rich background in bodywork, yoga, and personal training, Robina brings a unique, full-spectrum understanding of the human body to every session. 
No two bodies are the same- so why should coaching be? Robina tailors her cues and guidance to each individual, even within group classes. You may hear her offer seemingly opposite instructions to different members- that's because effective coaching accounts for each person's history, movement patterns, body composition, and emotional state.
Expect thoughtful programming, expert instruction, and a high level of personal attention. Group classes are intentionally designed to support your unique journey, while bodywork sessions draw on techniques from Myofascial Release and Structural Integration, always led by your needs.
Robina is also passionate about client education. By increasing your body awareness and understanding fascia, you'll unlock more efficient movement patterns, and deeper results. With over a decade of hands-on experience, a CrossFit L1 certification, and 15 years of study as an Ashtanga Yoga apprentice, Robina offers a fitness and wellness experience that supports every part of you- body, mind, and spirit.

Robina has an extensive and diverse movement background, and brings her unique perspective and creative abilities to the forefront while coaching. She believes in quality movement, focusing on detailed form and internal alignment cues. Along with visual, and verbal cueing, Bina  recognizes the importance of hands on assists and adjustments. Touch is used as a way to deepen kinesthetic awareness and to access patterns that may otherwise be unaccessible to the student.

Bina has 15 years of experience teaching yoga, 11 years of practice as a licensed massage therapist, and 6 years as a personal trainer. She has apprenticed and taught with well known yoga teachers and has traveled internationally to teach in 6 contents, and 11 countries. After graduating massage school in Costa Rica, Bina stayed to work at the school where she was taught. She has been teaching massage internationally and locally for 4 years and currently offers continuing education courses. Bina is highly specialized in Myofascial Release and Structural Integration. Strength and conditioning became vital as a part of her personal regimen and after experiencing the benefits she decided to become a trainer to share her unique perspective. Bina's approach focuses on fascial health and training. She believes in varied movement and a balanced mix between training and recovery to optimize performance, and keep individuals thriving.
